CADILLAC CUE FACTORY NAVIGATION SYSTEM
MVI is proud to offer the factory Cadillac CUE CarPlay and Android Auto upgrade for your new 2013 – 2015 Cadillac.
Cadillac CUE has been applied as almost standard equipment to most of its new vehicle lineup. For example, the 2013 – 2018 Cadillac ATS and SRX and once again with the all-new 2014 – 2018 Cadillac CTS, the 2013 – 2016 ELR, 2015 Cadillac Escalade and 2016 – 2018 Cadillac XT5 / CT6. However, the one thing that is lacking on a lot of trim packages is the factory navigation system. Frustrating to most consumers; the navigation icon is there, however when pressed all you will get is a very nice graphical display of a compass. MVI Inc. is very pleased to announce its first of many Factory navigation upgrades available for the 2013 – 2017 ATS / SRX / XTS, the 2013 -2016 ELR and the all new 2014 -2018 CTS and 2016 – 2018 XT5 and CT6 that have the Cadillac CUE system on-board.
Specifically, once Cadillac navigation system upgrade is installed, the navigation icon becomes active and loads the factory navigation software onto the gorgeous 8″ display once pressed. Above and beyond just loading the software, you will now have access to navigation voice recognition features, turn by turn guidance on the factory speakers as it fades the audio back and communicates the turn by turn guidance with the driver information display in the instrument display of properly equipped vehicles.
SOFWARE UPDATE INFORMATION
Currently, our latest CUE software available will add things like the weather/traffic apps (subscription required). Our system will also come with the latest updates and software fixes to help avoid any issues from doing a navigation only upgrade. This added service will save you from potential headaches of going to the dealer down the road. A tremendous value added feature we do which separates ourselves from the competition!!
Briefly, all of our systems come complete with everything you’ll need for your installation; including all harnessing, GPS antenna, a complete set of instructions, installation videos (if available), programming to your specific vehicle (no dealer needed), and up to 15 minutes of technical support (more info below)!
Each Android model acts differently and we have no control over which phones do what. Your steering wheel controls will function just like they do know when your phone is not plugged in and using the CarPlay or Android Auto interface. So, for example; If you get into your vehicle and just have your phone in your pocket or purse, or laying on the console; all of your steering wheel buttons will function as they do now.
There is a fix for the steering buttons for the Caddillac Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Upgrade, that consists of replacing the instrument gauge cluster (speedo, fuel, tach etc). This is not a cheap upgrade though, so if interested in retaining full functionality of the steering wheel controls, please message us using the chat feature in the lower right hand corner, and we’ll be happy to explain further.

- This system ADDS the OEM built-in navigation system to your CUE system and will not replace a defective or broken CUE screen.

- Selecting: TAKE OUT systems could take up to 3 weeks to ship depending on module availability at the time.
- Selecting: Brand New systems will typically ship within 4 business days and come standard with the 2017 mapping software already loaded on them. You do have the option of having the 2018 software pre-loaded onto them by selecting that option in the drop-down above.
- Selecting: 2016-2018 vehicles MUST HAVE the projection icon already in place to be compatible. 2016 – 2018 vehicles with the projection icon will also have the option of sending the core back for a $125.00 credit.
- All parts (New and Used) come with a one year warranty.

REQUIREMENTS
- Vin# required prior to shipping for proper plug and play functionality. OnStar destination download service will most likely not be available.
- Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with automotive electronics and installations. We do provide up to 15 minutes of BASIC installation support for customers that prefer to do the install on their own, for trouble shooting purposes ONLY.

NOTE: Please read carefully regarding 2017 – 2018 vehicles with App Shop Functionality. Some 2017 vehicles and ALL 2018 Vehicles will require an additional step in the process to retain App Shop functionality. This additional step will require some additional freight costs (included in the pricing above). If App Shop is not desired this additional step will not be required. Upgrade my 2014 Cadillac ELR with Apple CarPlay with parts provided by MVI Inc. They were very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall installation was not easy but with instructions from MVI and a few Youtube videos all went in successfully and worked without issue. I now have Apple CarPlay on a vehicle 2 years before it was available. Would definitely use MVI Inc again.

Anthony is the man...Called him up about adding factory nav to my ATS. Shipped it to him and he sent it back the very next day after getting the unit. That is fast. Perfect experience. I was very nervous spending this amount just to add CarPlay to my 2013 XTS. The guys communicated well before the sale. Provided ample in instructions on video and paper. Install was difficult but went just as they said it would. Cue system works faster as they said it would. Love it and would definitely recommend.
