This 8.4 inch screen will give you control at your fingertips with Uconnect 4 and 4C NAV, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto compatibility, Integrated Voice Command, Bluetooth® Streaming Audio, SiriusXM®, and Navigation. The UAM option will come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Support and the UAV will have the sleek piano black finish screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility plus Navigation. This upgrade is an OEM flagship product of the All-New Ram Infotainment Systems.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT WITH THIS MVI UPGRADE?

The product is a complete kit that will be a noticeable upgrade from your basic 5 inch work truck radio.
You could choose from UAM NON NAV, which will give you an 8.4 inch touch screen with CarPlay / Android Auto support, or the sleek piano black finish 8.4 inch UAV NAV, which has all the UAM features but with Navigation added.
This upgrade is an OEM product of the All-New Ram Infotainment Systems.

IMPORTANT PROGRAMMING NOTES FOR PROGRAMMING REQUIRED UPGRADES:

This 2019 – 2021 Dodge Ram 8.4 inch screen Uconnect UAM and UAV Upgrade does require in-vehicle programming
Windows PC or Laptop for computer access at the vehicle is required.
Apple / MAC is NOT supported.
MVI will supply the necessary programming software and cables to connect to your vehicle, however, computer knowledge of installing software and necessary drivers are required.
MVI will provide step-by-step programming instructions and tech support to assist in the process (tech support must be scheduled).
The programming process can be a bit tricky in some vehicles, so patience and tech support cooperation is a requirement for a successful installation.
Please make sure you have a Windows PC computer and have a good level of comfort in operating it before making this purchase. If you are unsure about this or have additional questions regarding this process, please make sure to contact MVI before checking out with this product.

IMPORTANT PROGRAMMING NOTE: The 5 inch to UAM NON NAV CarPlay and Android Auto Only System can be completely plug and play and not require any programming. Message us using the chat box below, and we can discuss the details of this further. We will ask for pictures of your current dash setup, so please be prepared to send those to us for review.

- The No Programming Required is exactly as it sounds, plug in a go. Does require us to purchase additional parts, so it does cost slightly more.

SCREEN UPGRADE INSTALLATION DIFFICULTY

The installation difficulty rate of this product is 2 out of 5, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being extremely difficult. Programming will be the most challenging part to the upgrade. If you are computer literate, then this step will not be a challenge at all. The 5 inch screen to 8 inch Non Nav upgrade, may not require any programming at all.
